What should I do to make an inquiry?
Please register from the LINE QR code on the website or brochure and make an inquiry.

How do I transfer data?
Use the Dropbox (available in the free version) to receive orders and deliver data.

What should I do about the instructions?
After registration, we will give you the instructions in the form of data, so please use that.

How do I contact you?
After registration, you will mainly communicate with us using LINE or by phone.

How long is the delivery time?
For cases up to 12 teeth: Orders placed by 14:00 will be returned by 14:00 two days later.
For cases of 13 teeth or more: Orders placed by 14:00 will returned by 14:00 three days later. -
Can I make a design correction request?
For cases with 7 teeth or more, one correction request can be made (free of charge). An additional 5,000 yen fee will be charged for the second and subsequent correction requests or for cases with 6 teeth or less.

Is urgent correspondence available?
We will respond as much as possible, so please contact us anytime. The return time will vary depending on the number, but it is possible to return as soon as 1 hour later. For urgent correspondence, 100% of the total price will be charged as the expedited fee.
